Spring has sprung upon us.
This year, the snow has been melting sooner than usual. The mud is awesome! I can't wait to walk on dry ground and hear the normal crunch of gravel as I walk. Most of all, I can't wait to get back up in the saddle. I miss the horsey smell and the feel of horse breath on my shoulder. This summer has to be good. I don't want to turn fifteen and still be grounded. I'm not a girl anymore....anyway, back to the topic. I enjoy cracking the ice and pulling my foot up real quick, I don't like it when my socks get wet. The road...oh my gosh there's a road again! I love sitting down on the road with my friend Malie and saying "I'm road kill!". She looks at me like I'm crazy and I just laugh to assure her I won't die any time soon. I have had happy times in the sun, riding horses, running, walking, tanning and just the typical enjoy-summer-while-you can sort of thing. Spring has never really been my favorite season, but it's a great time to soak up vitamin d....oranges aren't good enough. If you ever want to visit Alaska, spring and summer are the best seasons to do so. It's still a little to cold to go all out wearing tank tops and shorts, but still. It's nice and I hope break up is over with soon.
